Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is STABCRIFICE Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

2. Competition Period

The competition opens on 11th January 2026.
The competition closes on 31 March 2026 at 23:59 (UK time).

Monthly Draws & Re-entry

Monthly prize draws will take place on:
- 1 February 2026
- 1 March 2026
- 1 April 2026
Each monthly draw is treated as a separate competition period.
The competition restarts on 1 February and 1 March.
To be included in a new monthly draw, participants must re-enter by engaging with the new competition post for that month.
Entries from previous months do not carry over into subsequent draws.

3. Eligibility

To enter, participants must:

Be 16 years of age or older at the time of entry
Be a UK resident with a valid UK delivery address
Have a public social media account so entries can be verified

Employees of STABCRIFICE and their immediate families are excluded from entering.

4. How to Enter

Entries may be submitted via the official STABCRIFICE competition post on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.

To enter on any platform, participants must:

Follow the official STABCRIFICE account on that platform
Like the competition post
Tag two (2) friends in the comments of the competition post (where platform functionality allows)

Cross-Platform Entries

Entries from Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook will be combined into one single prize draw pool per month.
Participants may enter on multiple platforms, provided they meet the entry requirements on each platform.
Each valid platform entry will be treated as a separate entry.

Bonus / Multiple Entries

Participants who share the competition post to their story and tag @STABCRIFICE (where platform functionality allows) will receive three (3) entries for that month’s draw on that platform.
Bonus entries apply per platform, per month, and must be completed before the relevant monthly draw.

5. Entry Validation & Disqualification

Entry Validation & Disqualification

All entry requirements must be met on the day of the draw.
Any entrant who is not following the page, has not liked the post, or has not tagged two friends at the time of the draw will be disqualified.
If a selected winner is disqualified, an alternative winner will be drawn at random.

6. Prizes

Each monthly draw will award:

3 winners: One (1) Full Bundle, consisting of 5 dolls with all add-ons
5 winners: One (1) STABCRIFICE doll with one randomly selected add-on

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random on 1 February, 1 March, and 1 April.
Winners will be contacted via direct message from the official STABCRIFICE account only.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of being contacted.

8. Verification & Information Required

Winners will be required to provide:

Full UK delivery address
Confirmation of age (16+)

Age verification will be conducted using a self-declaration unless further verification is reasonably required. Winners will not be asked to publicly disclose personal identification.

Failure to provide the required information within the stated timeframe will result in forfeiture of the prize and a new winner being drawn.

9. Delivery of Prizes

All prizes will be dispatched after the presale period ends, alongside live-sale orders.
Estimated delivery is April–May 2026.
Winners are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate UK delivery address.
STABCRIFICE is not responsible for failed, delayed, or lost deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the winner.
If a prize is returned or lost due to an incorrect address, no replacement will be issued.
STABCRIFICE is not responsible for delays outside of its reasonable control.

10. Data Protection & Privacy

Personal data provided by entrants and winners will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition.
STABCRIFICE is ICO registered.

11. General

STABCRIFICE reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the competition if necessary.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
UK law applies and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
