International Customers

Orders placed outside the UK are charged at the net price (excluding UK VAT)

9. UK & EU Consumer Cancellation Rights

10. Returns & Refunds

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return). Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return postage costs are not refundable unless goods are faulty.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent local law are not affected.

We dispatch orders to the address provided at checkout.
Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment being received, unless otherwise stated (e.g., pre-orders). During busy periods (such as holidays or high-demand launches), dispatch may take longer than 48 hours.
For UK orders, we use Royal Mail and InPost as our delivery partners. For international orders, we use Royal Mail International services.
All available shipping options, delivery methods, estimated delivery times, and applicable charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, and customers may select their preferred option before completing their order.
UK customers receive free standard shipping on orders over £65 (VAT inclusive).
Delivery times shown on our website or at checkout are estimates only, based on information provided by Royal Mail and InPost, and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
For international orders, prices are charged exclusive of UK VAT. Import VAT, customs duties, handling fees, or other local charges may be applied by the courier or customs authorities in the destination country.
